We reinforce your resources in conducting Rapid Area Assessment (RAA) or Social and Environmental Impact Assessment, document review and facilitating processing of inputs with the host organization to develop strategies, plans and programs aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Implementation
We assist you in the implementation of plans and programs by working with you on SMART Objectives, focused goals and metrics, looking at the various inputs, processes, outputs and outcomes. We assist you in prioritizing, identifying needs for changes and transformation and effective management of change. All for the purpose of achieving the goals and objectives of plans.
Monitoring and Review
We assist you in monitoring, evaluating and reviewing implementation of plans and programs using tools, templates and proven processes that will help effective implementation of plans and programs.
